Sending Pages and Numbers Native Documents Directly

Post by Don Nelson » Thu Mar 01, 2012 2:06 am

As LongReach moves to more global usage in business solutions in mobile applications (potentially using it in other products ;) ) we will need to determine if we can send Numbers and Pages documents directly without sending them to yourself in an email. These two products are the defacto standard for spreadsheet and word processing on the iOS platform.

People want to be able to create a spreadsheet or word processing docuement on the mobile device and send it off to the server in a simple and concise way.

If this is already possible please let us know exactly who this would be accomplished.

The next LongReach server release will include WebDAV support.
This will allow Apple iWorks Pages, Numbers, Keynote Apps to directly import and export documents to the LongReach server.
