iPad is connecting but not iPhone??

iPad is connecting but not iPhone??

I have the iPad working fine to send and receive files but the iPhone will not connect.
Error is
File manager
Transaction error:connection error: cannot connect to host

I have them both setup the same

I found problem. Loaded the iPad app to iphone :lol:
